BookFlow AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

BookFlow AI is a bookkeeping tool designed to help you organize your financial data. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for specific guidance on your financial situation.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the platform.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
